Job Description What's on your plate? Vendor Management & Payment Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments, maintain proper documentation, and resolve discrepancies through effective communication with suppliers. AP Reconciliations & Control Monitoring: Perform regular AP aging reviews, vendor reconciliations, and ensure adherence to internal controls to maintain accuracy, prevent duplication, and support clean financial records. Month-End & Year-End Close: Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities. Ensure timely completion of all required adjustments, accruals, and reconciliations with high accuracy. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reported figures align with budgets and forecasts. Multi-Currency & Intercompany Accounting: Handle multi-currency entries and ensure correct FX application across the general ledger. Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations between Egypt and Dubai entities. Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams across regions, with frequent alignment with the Dubai HQ. Maintain consistent reporting standards and ensure compliance with local and international requirements. Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with local statutory requirements. Process Optimization & Automation: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, minimize manual work, and enhance reporting accuracy through automation and system improvements. Contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives in Finance. Qualifications What did we order? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Solid knowledge of IFRS and local Egyptian accounting standards. 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience; focus on GL/AP is a strong plus. Experience in eCommerce or fast-paced industries is preferred. Exposure to multi-currency transactions and international financial operations is an advantage. Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar. MSD 365 is preferred. Advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting is a must. Ability to work with large datasets and perform validation, verification, and reconciliations accurately. Strong English communication skills—spoken and written—is highly preferred, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to senior management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in parallel, especially during month-end and year-end closures.
