ABOUT US:

We are a growing photography and videography business with studios in Dubai and Ajman, specializing in newborn, maternity, family, wedding photography, and printing services. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Ajman to handle financial operations and ensure smooth accounting processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a studio, creative business, or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of VAT regulations in the UAE.
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Handle VAT filing and compliance in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee salaries.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and company policies.
