JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic trading company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, monitoring transactions, and ensuring full compliance with financial and tax regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role (preferably in a trading or import/export company)
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and financial compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock accounting is a plus

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (accounts payable & receivable, bank entries, reconciliations)
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and financial regulations
• Prepare and submit tax returns (VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, etc.)
• Support external audits and provide required documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and handle cost of goods sold (COGS) accounting
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, and internal departments
