JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accountant with prior experience in the Direct Sales Agency (DSA) industry. The candidate must be proficient in Tally ERP, have a strong understanding of commission-based payroll, and be able to handle bookkeeping and petty cash management efficiently.

• Fluency in English, Hindi (must)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping using Tally ERP
• Handle and record petty cash expenses, maintain logs and receipts
• Process commission-based employee salaries in coordination with HR
• Track daily sales reports and staff payout records
• Prepare vouchers, journal entries, and reconcile accounts regularly
• Monitor bank transactions and manage bank reconciliations
• Assist with VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for all financial transactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 month of experience in the Direct Sales Agency (DSA) industry preferable
• Proficiency in Tally ERP (must)
• Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and petty cash handling
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Experience with commission-based payroll processing
• Fluency in English, Hindi (must)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per mont
