Job Description Work in close coordination with the Senior Accountant in Qatar in delivering support and excellence in the following areas. 1. Accounts Payable Process invoices from material suppliers, equipment hires, and service providers. Reconcile vendor and subcontractor accounts and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams for invoice approvals. Process supplier and subcontractor payments. Track PDCs, advances and prepayments ensuring timely closure. 2. Job Cost Accounting Ensure proper allocation of costs to projects, sites, and cost codes. Capitalization of asset-related invoices. Maintain records for project-wise expenses and supporting documents. Assist in monthly closing activities and MIS preparation. 3. Statutory requirements Ensure compliance with WHT and audit requirements. Support internal and external audits. 4. Banking related matters Make timely payments via bank transfers, cheques, or WPS. Cash and Bank reconciliations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance 2–5 years of relevant experience preferably in construction or infrastructure projects. Experience with ERP/accounting systems. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, financial models). High attention to detail and adherence to process. Strong follow-up, communication, and coordination skills Additional Information Experience working with contracting, infrastructure, or real estate development companies.
