Master's degree in insurance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Finance, Law, Data Analytics, or a comparable discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in reinsurance or P&C insurance, e.g. Underwriting, Claims, Risk Management, Product and Pricing, Compliance, or another relevant (re-)insurance-related field. Alternatively, minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Big Four, consulting, or comparable professional-services environment.
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively while considering different stakeholder perspectives.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic international environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across cultures and organizational levels.
Data analytics and digital skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
