ACCOUNTANT

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis. .

QUALIFICATIONS

• Accounting graduate preferably CGA or CMA or CPA enrolled
• ·Minimum 3-5 years related accounting experience
• Solid and practical experience in all phases of accounting, accounts payable/receivable
• Intermediate knowledge of financial systems, reporting and analysis
• Cost efficient, highly organized, and results oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• ·Highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated
• Proven communication, planning and computer abilities
• Dedicated to the philosophy of professionalism and continue improvement
• Excellent team player
• Ability to work well under pressure

  Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

• Process Accounts payable, analyze invoices and record entry in accounting software
• Maintain and keep accounting and suppliers files in organize format
• Answer any payment inquiries by suppliers
• Record sale journal entry in accordance with billing system
• Perform sale reconciliation, review sale trend and analyze discrepancies
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Close coordination with banks for monitoring of cash receipts
• Close coordination with affiliated companies
• Perform other functions and duties as the operations or the company may require
