ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (FULL SET OF ACCOUNTS – GROUP OF COMPANIES)

We are seeking a matured and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role covers a group of companies, with accounting work split by function across trading, investment, and maintenance entities. It is ideal for someone meticulous, reliable, and looking for a stable position with work-life balance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience handling a full set of accounts
• Strong knowledge of GL, AR, AP, inventory, and GST
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers)
• Detail-oriented, independent, and reliable
• Candidates with substantial accounting/bookkeeping experience are strongly encouraged to apply

• Manage the full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, Inventory, GST) across multiple companies
• Maintain accurate accounting records for trading, investment, and maintenance functions
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
