Description
The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks dynamic, high-calibre and experienced professionals to join our Exhibition Services Department.   Responsibilities: * Ensure that receipts prepared by the project team accurately reconcile with bank records * Handle a high volume of credit card transactions reconciliations * Arrange refunds of overpayments to exhibitors via credit card and bank remittance * Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of unused payments from exhibitors  * Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures to maintain effective internal controls * Perform other special duties and ad-hoc assignments as required   Requirements: * University degree or diploma holder, preferably in Accounting or a related discipline * Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in sizable or commercial organisations * Responsible, detail oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills * Meticulous and able to work effectively under pressure * Willing to work overtime to meet tight deadlines * Good command of written English and Chinese  * Proficiency in MS Office applications.  Knowledge of EBMS and Oracle is an advantage * Work Location:  Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre (Shuttle bus service provided from Tiu Keng Leng MTR Station) * Immediate availability is highly preferred   Remuneration and Benefits: The successful candidate will be appointed on fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs.
