• Maintain and update general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions (AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations).
• Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts in coordination with the logistics/warehouse team.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process and track vendor payments, customer receipts, and internal expense reimbursements.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist with audit preparation.
• Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, GST, corporate tax) in compliance with local regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and gross margin performance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and archiving of all accounting records.
• Stay updated on financial laws, policies, and best practices.
