REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in shipping, logistics, or multinational companies
• Familiar with general ledger, financial reporting, and tax filing processes
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel, with good command of English and Chinese
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work under pressure

• Handle daily accounting entries including vouchers, AR/AP, and expense claims
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
• Prepare financial statements and support tax filing and external audit
• Maintain fixed asset registers and perform depreciation accounting
• Manage financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
