Description
Position: Accountant Finance KGJ Department: Finance Replacement of Punamkumar Vaghela Location Kautex, Gujarat Responsibilities: Monthly book closure and passing of journal entries related to accruals, prepaid etc. Reconciliation of Balance sheet GLs in Blackline Tool Reconciliation warehouse sales and Revenue recognition Preparation of data for GST, GSTR1, GSTR3B and coordination for filing of return TDS working, timely statutory payments and reconciliation thereof Monthly scrutiny and analysis of General Ledgers Preparation of Debit/Credit notes in SAP Preparation of Financials & Coordination with Statutory, Tax and TP auditors Customer Project Accounting (Tooling Run, Result calculation) Uploading Trial Balance and required data in HFM Preparation of Ad hoc Reports on need basis Payments to vendors including Import payments Qualifications: · MBA/ M. Com, CA-Inter/ CMA-Inter is preferrable · Below 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry (preferably automotive) · Detailed knowledge about Financial Accounting, AR/AP · General knowledge about accounting standards and it’s applicability · MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), · Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage · Knowledge of HFM and Blackline is preferable · Basic English language skills are required
