BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounting
• Convincing personality and ability to work both independently and as a team-player
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience with Oracle and Datev or other ERP
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience in a multinational company is a plus

• Corporate accounting : prepare and post needed bookings for balance sheet and P&L, prepare monthly reconciliations of accounts, support A/P and A/R shared service centres, execute payments
• Management reporting: monthly and quarterly reporting and closing activities
• Statutory compliance: statutory accounting and reporting, annual accounts, any other reporting and filing, VAT returns and other periodic tax filings in close collaboration with our external accounting firm
• Others: Improvement of processes and procedures and ad hoc projects
