• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong computer literacy including advanced working skills in Microsoft Office.
• CPA or CPA Candidate
• Intermediate understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards
• Experience with Yardi software
• A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care
