WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Prepare and post journal entries and batches for daily, weekly, and monthly close reviews.
• Gather, review, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation and financial schedules for each journal entry.
• Ensure appropriate revenue recognition by reviewing customer contracts and preparing monthly revenue trends and variance analysis reports.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations across various accounts, including accounts receivable, deferred costs, accounts payable, and deferred revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and organizational policies.
• Maintain SOX internal control procedures and documentation to support compliance.
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ROLE:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
