Responsibilities:
- Capital expenditure accounting and reporting, including construction in progress
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register, and calculation of depreciation
- Capital expenditure planning; develop Budget and Forecast capital expenditure plans, in conjunction with business managers; Cash flow forecasting – capex effect
- Maintaining Leases
- Maintaining Motor Vehicle fleet
- Fringe Benefits Tax return/Monthly BAS preparation
- Travel expense coding
- Sundry invoicing
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Master data maintenance
- Compliance/ reporting
- Adhoc projects
