Job Description Pay Rates Starting between: 56,235 - 74,520 POSITION SUMMARY: The purpose of this job is to assist with the daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations of the accounting team. Maintains and controls the General Ledger accounts and business transactions of the organization, applying the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) that include analytical work and thorough review of financial records. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares monthly journal entries and support for assigned accounts across all entities Ensures the accuracy of entries and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger Provides support for our Manager, Accounting for our commercial division Manages prepaid accounts and monthly entries for all entities Manage all intercompany accounts to ensure they are in balance at each month-end. Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
