Integrated Accountants is an Accounting firm located in Melbourne CBD. We assist a wide range of clients with their accounting, taxation and business affairs. Currently, we are seeking for a passionate and professional accountant.

Responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO

  • Preparation of Income tax returns and Financial Statements for Individuals, Companies, Trusts, Partnerships and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds.
  • Preparation and Lodgement of Activity Statements including BAS, IAS and Fringe Benefit Tax Returns.
    -Examine bank statements and reconcile them with general ledger for taxation and all financial dealings.
    -Setting up appropriate organisational structures like companies, partnerships, trusts and Registration of business names, TFN, ABN, PAYG withholding and GST.
    -Ensuring that accurate cash flow reporting is prepared monthly and communicated to management.
  • Preparation and lodgement of PAYG Payment Summaries, Payroll Tax annual reconciliations.
  • Reviewing reporting and analysis deliverables produced by the team to help ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
    -Liaising with various third party organisation such as ATO, ASIC and other third parties on behalf client when needed.
    -Assistance with audit and audit preparation
  • Ability to complete the required tax reporting in a timely manner and evaluate financial performance by gathering, analysing, summarising, and interpreting data

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

Must have qualifications equivalent to a registered tax agent.
3+ years Experience in a similar role.
Excellent attention to details.
Proficient in using the following software’s - MYOB, XERO, QuickBooks online and Microsoft
Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
Having strong technical knowledge and soft skills
Able to take control of client’s portfolio
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
