Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, NetSuite)
  • Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skill
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the general ledger by posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts monthly.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare trial balances and support the preparation of financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
  • Monitor and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
