About the role As an accountant you will manage financial records and ensure compliance with regulations. You'll be reporting to the Regional Finance Manager for Germany and Austria. Key Responsibilities * Review and approval of incoming purchase orders * Review and approval of travel expense reports in SAP Concur * Review and accounting of credit card statements * Monitoring customer incoming payments * Maintenance of accounts receivable/payable * Reconciliation and maintenance of intercompany accounts * Support in determining provisions and accruals for month end * Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB (knowledge of IFRS is an advantage) * Optimization of accounting processes and implementation of projects within the department Required experience and qualifications * Completed commercial vocational training with further education as a financial accountant * 3 years of professional experience in a similar role * Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge of Netsuite is an advantage * Independent and precise working style * Reliability and strong service orientation * Flexibility and commitment * Good time management and self-organization * Enjoyment of teamwork * Good English skills * German would be a plus Working for us At Cyncly, we’re a global family that collaborates with humility and respect for one another. Responsibilities

The accountant will manage financial records, handle accounts receivable and payable, and reconcile intercompany accounts. They will also support month-end provisions and participate in preparing financial statements according to HGB standards.
