JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations in a typing center that provides UAE government services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of government application charges, contract-based billing, and daily financial reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a typing center or government service firm.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE government service charges and related workflows.
  • Excellent in client communication and follow-up for receivables.
  • Ability to manage contract-based invoicing with full documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM-based accounting - app.businessline.ae , and financial tools.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain clear knowledge of government service pricing (DHA, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, RTA, etc.) to ensure accurate billing and estimations.
  • Prepare and provide service cost estimations based on client requests.
  • Follow up with clients for timely payments and track outstanding balances.
  • Manage contract-based client accounts, including:
  • Creating and submitting invoices on time
  • Attaching all required supporting documents
  • Coordinating with clients for approvals and payment clearance
  • Perform daily account verification and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with the company’s financial system.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly account reports to management without delay.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track service delivery and match revenue entries.
  • Assist in wallet usage tracking and reconciliation with the CRM system.
