• Prepare and examine financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
• Ensure compliance with taxation legislation, including IAS, BAS, income tax returns, Payroll Tax, and STP reporting
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records and internal controls
• Prepare pricing for new projects and assist the sales team with financial insights
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Analyse financial data to support business decision-making
• Conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes
• Liaise with the CFO on financial performance, reporting, and strategic initiatives
• Prepare financial reports for each entity in the group as well as consolidated reports
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables
• Manage contractors’ and vendors’ compliance with financial and contractual obligations
• Provide advice to management on financial performance and improvement opportunities
