JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Controllership Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP, and will be responsible for managing month end closing and Audit controls.

QUALIFICATIONS -

• Bachelor’s degree in finance related discipline
• Good problem-solving skills. Demonstrate independent decision-making and ability to identify and resolve issues and risks, including root cause analysis
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix management structure in a complex and diverse, international, and multi-cultural environment.
• Self-Starter; Ability to adapt quickly in handling multiple/ evolving tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to produce high quality and/or final work product under strict deadlines.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Advanced skills in MS Office
