WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple commercial real estate entities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements .
• Reconcile bank accounts, tenant ledgers, and balance sheet accounts .
• Assist in budgets, cash flow projections, and variance analysis .
• Partner with the Controller on audits, tax filings, and compliance.
• Spot opportunities for process improvements and greater efficiency.
