What You’ll Do: Process and manage incoming AP invoices from suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and other creditors. Maintain organized digital records for suppliers, vendors, and creditors. Review and allocate expense reports to the correct cost pools, accounts, and projects. Assist with accounts receivable, invoice preparation, and the month-end closing process. Provide general support to the Controller and accounting team as needed. What We’re Looking For: Independent Worker: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, detail, and confidentiality when handling financial information. Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication for working with teams and external stakeholders. Technical Expertise: At least 2 years of experience using Costpoint for accounts payable, billing, and general ledger entries. U.S. Work Authorization: Required, with eligibility for Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Strong proficiency in accounting functions Solid knowledge of accounts payable and general ledger reconciliation. Government Contracting Experience: Familiarity with WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow) is a plus. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or financial management.
