Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate has also experience with complex journal entries such as intercompany, accruals, amortization schedules and working with fixed assets. Accountant duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Verify, allocate, code, post and reconcile banking and credit card transactions
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
  • Spot errors and make appropriate corrections to financials
  • Provide technical support with regards to accounting systems and banking portals
  • Collect all necessary documentation to support transaction
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP principles

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in major systems such as SAP, Sage, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics
