Basic Job Functions: * Perform the Company’s regular accounting and compliance work. Education/Experience: * Minimum BS/BA in Finance or Accounting * Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA and CA * 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment or audit firm Required Skills/Competencies: * Aptitude for learning & utilizing systems. * Need to be hands-on. * Ability to adapt in a changing work environment. * Good analytical mindset * Team player * Preferable with local GAAP knowledge * Proficient on MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and etc. * Knowledgeable in any major ERP systems, i.e., SAP/ Oracle Essential Responsibilities: * Handle daily invoice processing according to the KPI. * Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues daily. * Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries. * Perform the review and follow up on AP aging report on weekly basis. * Perform the review and follow up on GRIR aging report on weekly basis. * Perform vendor statement reconciliations. * Prepare journal entries and ensure proper general ledger coding in support of monthly closing. * Perform monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation. * Ensure compliance with Corporate Accounting policies and proper execution of controls laid out in the Sarbanes-Oxley documents. * Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Health and Safety and Responsible Business Alliance policies and procedures that is enforced within the organization. * Other tasks as assigned.
