Description
Provide accounting support to GBS and Financial Department in the maintenance of balance sheet accounts and prepare annual and monthly reports. Fulfill with the system of internal controls in the financial area, as well as adequate compliance with international SOX requirements. Execute general ledger accounting records, journal entries (adjustments, reclassifications) and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Creation and maintenance of DTPs/SOPs. Proactive interest in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and in standardizing processes across different legal entities. Involvement in several projects simultaneously, including processes improvements, processes migrations, cross-training, systems testing. Works to deliver upon key performance metrics and service levels agreed with business partners. Any other accounting and/or department related activity. Support project work, ensuring that items from action plans are completed within established timelines Bachelor's degree (Accounting preferably, Business Administration). 2 years' relevant experience. SAP experience a plus. Strong communication skills. English level: 80% or above. Experience in accounting process migrations is a plus Strong ability to work independently. Must have customer relationship skills with strong service orientation. Experience working in shared service environment. Holds self-accountable to a performance metric culture building performance excellence. Strong integrity. Respect for others. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Active interest in opportunities to improve the efficiency of work.
