Description

Overview:
This position will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, reconciling and analyzing financial information on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including the performance of or assistance with a variety of assigned balance sheet reconciliations including the timely resolution of reconciling items. This position may also be responsible for recording financial and statistical journal entries and providing a variety of reports as necessary.

Qualifications:
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree. Bachelors Degree in Accounting, required.
Experience: Two or more years or experience in accounting, required. Healthcare accounting experience, preferred.
Additional Skills Required: Excel experience. Must have good interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills necessary to interact with staff at all levels. Must exhibit patience and a positive attitude. Must be able to work independently, be a self-starter and take the initiative without constant input from leadership. Limited travel occasionally.
Additional Skills Preferred: Lawson experience highly desirable.
