To manage and support core accounting activities, including daily Fintech transactions, reconciliations, customer settlements, revenue and cost analysis, Accounts Payable (A/P), and financial reporting—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards. \n Key Accountabilities Supervise day-to-day financial accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor and validate prepaid and accrual accounts, asset tracking, amortization, and depreciation. Record and reconcile payroll transactions, ensuring accurate reflection in the accounting system and alignment with payroll reports. Prepare reports required by ZATCA and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Manage and guide accounting assistants and bookkeepers to ensure smooth workflow and timely task execution. Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing activities. Collaborate with other departments to support financial-related needs and initiatives. Prepare financial statements and reports in line with business objectives and regulatory standards. Review current accounting practices and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Assist in automating accounting operations to streamline processes and reduce manual efforts. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the finance function. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related fields. 3-5 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years of working experience in Fintech is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
