Responsibilities **Position can be located in Reston, VA or Bedford, MA ( Hybrid 3 days in office)** Full-cycle GAAP/IFRS accounting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual journal entries Analyze financial statement accounts, identify unusual trends or erroneous entries, and verify accuracy of transactions and balances Assist with month-end financial statement closing processes, including balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations and journal entries Assist with the preparation of schedules in connection with external audits Assist in the month-end close process including financial reporting to parent company Perform ad hoc account analyses and other departmental tasks, as necessary Qualifications Solid understanding of US GAAP and IFRS Strong systems knowledge that includes advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools Experience with monthly close process required Experience with financial reporting to parent company preferred Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the finance team and to partner with key business stakeholders Must be a US Citizen BS in Accounting, CPA and/or MBA a plus Public accounting experience a plus Experience working with mutinational companies preferred
