REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2years of accounting experience in the UAE (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports in compliance with UAE accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, including tenant invoicing and vendor payments.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, petty cash, and daily cash flow.
  • Record and reconcile all property-related transactions (sales, rental income, commissions, etc.).
  • Calculate and process agent commissions accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including filing VAT returns.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
  • Maintain organized financial documentation for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
