We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong practical accounting experience, excellent Excel and financial analysis skills, and the ability to support business planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial decision-making.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are tech-savvy and have experience with coding, automation, data analysis, or financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Process CPVs, supplier reconciliations, bank reconciliations, POS, and cash reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), daily cash and credit card collections, and ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, petty cash allocations, and staff payment vouchers.
• Maintain accurate and organized filing of all financial documents.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and customized financial and management reports.
• Prepare revenue, profitability, cash flow, and doctor compensation reports where applicable.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, financial models, and business plans.
• Analyze financial and operational data and provide useful insights to management.
• Create advanced Excel reports, dashboards, financial models, and automated reporting tools.
• Use Excel VBA, Python, SQL, or other coding/automation tools to improve accounting and reporting processes.
• Liaise with branch staff and management to resolve financial and accounting queries.
• Assist HR with payroll processing, salary preparation, and payroll reconciliation for company employees and other staff managed by the Directors, including household staff where applicable.
• Support the Senior Accountant with VAT returns, corporate tax, management accounts, audits, budgeting, and investor reports.
• Support procurement, vendor management, cost control, and expense monitoring.
• Monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies or areas requiring attention.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable UAE regulatory requirements.
• Perform other accounting and financial duties as assigned.
