ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an awesome Accountant to join Instabee’s Global Accounting team! You’ll take full ownership of our Finnish entity’s accounting and play a key role in managing one or two other group entities. Reporting to the Group Accounting Director in Stockholm, you’ll ensure correct accounting, effective processes, and continuously drive improvements for higher efficiency and quality.

SOME OF THE THINGS YOU’LL DO

• Lead monthly financial reporting for Finland and other assigned entities
• Handle monthly and annual accounts, statutory reporting, VAT, and income tax returns
• Provide accurate and timely financial data to support business decisions
• Perform bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and transaction monitoring
• Ensure accounting and reporting quality through solid financial control
• Collaborate with auditors, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Drive improvements in Finance processes and Netsuite optimization
