As an Accountant/ Intermediate Accountant, you can expect to:

• Perform all core responsibilities listed above, including client service, tax planning, and preparation of BAS, financials, and tax returns
• Take ownership of high-value client relationships, providing strategic tax and business advisory services
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their growth while managing complex client portfolios
• Lead key client projects with autonomy, ensuring strategic goals are met and delivering exceptional outcomes
• Shape and refine business processes, contributing to the overall development of the firm’s client services
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth
