Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant with at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in Zoho Accounting Software &* Familiar with VAT returns & registrations, corporate tax filings & registrations, and GO AML reports* to join our dynamic team at iWA Group. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
  • Proven experience with Zoho Books (Zoho Accounting software) is required.
  • Familiar with VAT returns & registrations, corporate tax filings & registrations, and GO AML reports.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Process payroll, calculate taxes, deductions, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Utilize Zoho Books for managing accounts, invoicing clients, tracking expenses, and preparing financial statements.
  • Prepare and file VAT returns & registrations, corporate tax filings & registrations, and GO AML reports.
  • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations and address accounting-related inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all financial transactions.
