?Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• At least 1 year of payroll experience (Paychex strongly preferred)
• Experience working with an accounting ERP system requiredIND

• Process biweekly payroll using Paychex
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring invoices and payments are handled accurately and on time
• Prepare and post accruals and prepaids
• Assist with inventory accounting and reconciliations
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations
• Partner with HR and other departments on related tasks as needed
