To support our incredible growth, we are currently hiring a Bookkeeper to assist in our accounting department.

Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee our company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, and daily financial entries and reconciliations
  • Perform accounting tasks such as bringing the books to the trial balance stage, general ledger entries and recording payments and adjustments
  • Maintain aging accounts payable by paying vendors in a timely manner
  • Maintain aging accounts receivable by requesting payment from customers
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Organization of files and important documents
  • Assist Controller with year-end review preparation
  • The ability to use SAP proficiently or an equivalent ERP software as our entire operations runs on this type of management system

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience
  • Post-secondary education in accounting/bookkeeping/office management considered an asset
