ABOUT US:

King Drive Workshop is a growing automotive service and repair workshop, committed to providing high-quality services to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team and support financial operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (automotive/workshop experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of VAT compliance and accounting standards in UAE.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Payables & Inventory:
• Process supplier invoices and maintain supplier ledgers.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain VAT-compliant records.
• Record stock-in/out entries and conduct monthly stock reconciliations.
• Prepare aging and stock valuation reports.
• Sales & Receivables:
• Generate sales invoices (services, spare parts, contracts).
• Manage AR ledger, post customer receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare customer aging reports.
• Reporting & Coordination:
• Collaborate with the Workshop Manager and Finance Team.
• Maintain documentation for VAT filing, audits, and monthly closings.
• Assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
