Position: Accountant Company: Kasrawy Group Location: Tripoli, Libya Contract Details: Full-time KMG-Libya is a leading company in the automotive sector in Libya. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated accountant to join our team in Tripoli. This is a full-time position with excellent opportunities for growth and development. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company - Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis - Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employee salaries - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth - Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws - Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met - Assist with internal and external audits - Provide support to the Finance Manager as needed Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Fluent in English and Arabic - Experience in the Libyan market is preferred but not required - All nationalities are welcome to apply.
