Job Title: Accountant

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage company cost control, accounts receivable, and asset tracking. This role is crucial in monitoring daily company expenditures—including auto parts orders, shop inventory, supplies, and utility bills—while also ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection from our dealership partners. Additionally, the accountant will be responsible for tracking and managing company-owned assets such as computers, electronic devices, tools, and shop equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

PREFERRED:

• Experience in the automotive or service industry
• Understanding of inventory and asset tracking systems
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
