We value that trust above all else and strive to earn it while continuing to amaze our users. \n What you’ll do Manage day-to-day accounting across multiple entities — journals, bank recs, AP/AR, and monthly & annual financial closes Oversee billing and revenue operations — including Stripe and/or enterprise billing arrangements Own payroll and compliance across our Australian and international entities Maintain accurate general ledgers and support consolidations across multiple entities Partner closely with our FP&A lead to support reporting, audits and board packs Continuously improve processes and controls as we scale rapidly What we’re looking for 3–4 years’ experience in accounting or financial operations Experience with Stripe and/or enterprise billing (either is fine — both is a plus) Solid understanding of multi-entity accounting, financial closes, SaaS billing, revenue recognition and payroll Confident with Xero and Excel Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Start-up mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable building things from scratch \n At Lyrebird, we don’t just write code — you’ll help shape the future of the human experience.
