Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage day-to-day (preparatory) bookkeeping.
- Preparation of remittances and payments.
- Support in the preparation of monthly-, quarterly- and annual financial statements as well as internal reporting according to HGB and IFRS.
- Collaborate with and support other internal departments on tax and financial accounting issues and projects.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Issue invoices to customers and manage account receivables.
- Liaise with our external accountancy firm.
- Support on finance initiatives to support the management of the working capital in a international environment
