Tasks Your Business and Area of Responsibility From day one, you will actively contribute by handling the booking of incoming invoices (with a focus on intracommunity transactions) and ensuring accurate records in our accounting system. You will correspond with suppliers and business partners, clarifying open items and maintaining smooth communication. Balance reconciliations with our partners will be part of your daily responsibilities, ensuring transparency and correctness of accounts. You will process bank statements and support the conclusion of forward exchange transactions. General booking of day-to-day business transactions will be a key element of your role, maintaining the integrity of our financial data. You will support period-end closing activities and contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting. Requirements Your Profile & Talents You are looking for a chance to grow in international business and to work with a company where performance, initiatives, teamwork as well as loyalty are rewarded! You have a relevant commercial education in accounting (Economist-Accountant) and/ professional experience, preferably within a multinational company or accounting company. You possess solid knowledge of general accounting principles and a good understanding of the full accounting cycle (from invoices to financial statements). A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong affinity for numbers characterize your way of working. You are structured, reliable in meeting deadlines, and able to work independently. You are experienced with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 or SAP and have very good MS Office skills. Integrity, responsibility, and excellent communication skills make you a valued team player.
