Your role at a glance

As our Accounts Receivable Specialist/Accounts Receivable Clerk, you are the central contact person for all matters relating to accounts receivable and the order to cash processes.

• You create, check and post outgoing invoices (including subscriptions, usage-based billing) including accrual accounting.
• You monitor incoming payments, manage outstanding invoices, and are responsible for the dunning process, including customer communication.
• You will reconcile accounts receivable and intercompany settlements within our international companies.
• You will manage SaaS contracts (terms, upgrades/downgrades) and the billing of related consulting services.
• You work closely with sales and consulting and ensure correct, contractually compliant billing.
• You will actively participate in the optimization and automation of our billing and finance processes.
• You will be involved in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.

Your know-how and your strengths

We are looking for someone who brings the following:

• Completed commercial training, further education (e.g., accounting) or studies in the field of business administration / finance
• Several years of experience in accounts receivable or billing
• Ideally, experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
• Confident handling of tax issues in day-to-day business (e.g., VAT, reverse charge)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics F&O) and CRM tools
• Very good German and good English skills.
