KBF is currently seeking an Accountant to join our PH Managed Accounting Services team in our Alabang office 5 days a week. KBF Accountant will be responsible for the accurate and timely handling of all the detailed financial aspects of client’s books. This role will maintain accurate books for multiple clients who engage KBF for their outsourced accounting services. This position will be working for KBF clients from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PH time and is applicable for Philippine-based candidates only. The role will work closely with other members of the Managed Accounting Services team as well as U.S. based leadership.    Responsibilities * Process cash receipts and code to correct customer invoices * Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, owners’ distributions, monthly management fees * Maintain daily cash activity and credit card management * Code expenses and other cash outlays to appropriate general ledger accounts * Reconcile all balance sheet accounts monthly * Comfort working with multiple clients simultaneously and keeping accurate records * Record fixed asset additions and disposal as they occur * Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and meeting customer deadlines * Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned * Comply with firm’s policies and procedure such as timesheet submission, attendance policy, etc. Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred * Minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a remote client support environment * Deep working knowledge and understanding of U.S. General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel & Outlook  * Ability to learn and work across multiple accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks and NetSuite) and prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced, high-volume environment * Strong motivation and a quick learning ability, with strong interpersonal and communication skillsand the ability to communicate professionally—both verbally and in writing—with KBF management, employees, clients, and external partners * Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Ability to work the noted schedule below, with flexibility to schedule client meetings outside normal hours as needed This position is for Philippine-based applicants only and will be based in our Alabang office, 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Philippine Time. #LI-DNP
