Description

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Advanced experience with Zoho Books (invoicing, tax configuration, reporting, bank feeds, recurring transactions).
  • Good knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
  • Proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and system integration with accounting platforms.

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • ACCOUNTANT: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English and Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving license (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting operations using Zoho Books, including entering invoices, expenses, and receipts.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
  • Reconcile bank accounts and automate banking transactions integration with Zoho Books.
  • Generate and issue VAT-compliant tax invoices and handle VAT processing through Zoho.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and issue account statements for clients and vendors.
  • Coordinate inventory audits and integrate stock data with the accounting system.
  • Liaise with external auditors and provide all required data and reports for the annual audit.
  • Prepare and present financial performance reports to management to support decision-making.
  • Ensure integration with other Zoho systems, such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory (if applicable).
  • Maintain compliance with financial policies and both local and international accounting standards.
