Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable, including tracking, recording, and reporting income from reservations and collections.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices, apply payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account substantiation to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor cash collections, claims, refunds, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze variances to provide insights to management.
• Coordinate with reservations and operations teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting
