Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Accurate Financial Records: Record daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure transparency and accuracy
• Prepare Financial Statements: Generate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to assess the company’s financial position
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Tax Compliance: Prepare tax documents, assist with audits, and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations
• Internal Controls and Audits: Conduct internal audits, monitor financial processes, and recommend improvements to reduce risk interviewguy
• Support Decision-Making: Provide management with accurate financial reports to guide business strategies and operational decisions
• Collaboration: Work closely with managers, team leaders, and external auditors to ensure financial integrity

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools

Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in all financial records and reports

Communication Skills: Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
