Raider Well Servicing Ltd. has been in operation for over 30 years. We are seeking a skilled accountant / office administrator to join our team. This role requires a detail oriented, experienced professional, with a post secondary education, who can manage a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient and accurate functioning of our office. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and group insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS

-accounting post secondary education
-experience +7 years
-Proficiency in SAGE 300 and MS Office is highly preferred
-excellent time management & multitasking abilities
-this position requires the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

-full cycle accounting to maintain accurate financial records, this would include daily, monthly and year end procedures
-maintain filing of government requirements – GST, payroll remittances, annual PST returns, T4’s, T2200’s, ROE’s
-file and maintain WCB for both Alberta & Saskatchewan
-prepare and process biweekly payroll, updating employee files as required
-perform duties as administrator for company’s group insurance
-handle general office administration tasks including managing phone calls, correspondence, filing, etc
